Stonesfield Neighbourhood Development Plan – Examiner’s Clarification Note
The Examiner has issued a Clarification Note on the submitted Neighbourhood Development Plan. This sets out initial comments and requests for further information from the Parish Council to assist in the examination process.

The Independent Examiner has issued a Clarification Note following his review of the submitted Neighbourhood Development Plan. The Note confirms that the Plan presents a clear vision, supported by well-structured policies, evidence, and appendices.
The Examiner has also identified a number of areas where further clarification is required to assist in the preparation of his report. These include whether certain policies add value beyond national and local planning policies, the clarity and structure of some policies, and the supporting evidence behind specific designations and proposals.
The Parish Council is currently reviewing the points raised and working on a detailed response to the Examiner. Further updates will be provided in due course as the examination progresses.
