🚧 Stonesfield Needs Pothole “Super Users”! Can You Help?

Oxfordshire County Council (OCC) is looking for local volunteers to join its Pothole Super User scheme  and Stonesfield has been encouraged to take part. The Parish Council is now asking residents who are willing to volunteer and help speed up road repairs in our village.

What Is a Pothole Super User?

“Super Users” are trained local volunteers who are given:

  • Simple, practical training
  • Basic equipment for marking potholes
  • A direct reporting route into OCC’s Highways team
  • Priority handling of the defects they log

By marking potholes on the ground and reporting them through the Super User channel, repairs are carried out much more quickly than ordinary FixMyStreet reports. OCC currently has around 200 Super Users county‑wide.
